Issue Specific to Models TMX104-FM & TLX-220FM:

Re-check your installation guide. It is most likely that the extension arms have been fitted incorrectly. Remove the arms and re-attach following as described in the user guide.

The vesa spacing holes on the back of you television may not match those of your Stanley TV Mount. To verify this please follow the instructions in this FAQ - How do I know if the mount I purchased is compatible with my TV?
