Why is it so damn hard to get directed to the product registration , if this is the way the website is I will switch brands. I have spent 3 minutes trying to register 1 tool and still isn’t done!! BS!!!

  Hello Brian Foxworth and thank you for contacting us.  We are sorry to hear you are having issues with registering your tools.  Product registration is no longer required for warranty service. Please keep a copy of your receipt. Our tools are also stamped with manufacturing dates that help us determine warranty eligibility.

  Then why on page 8 of the pressure washer CMEPW2400 does it say to register the product because of the Federal Consumer Safety Act?. Something is wrong with not registering the product per your response to someone besides me wanting to be protected by doing the right thing.
