I have had my 20x2 push mower for about 1 year, and it has worked fine until now. It won’t start at all now despite having 2 fully charged batteries. How do I fix this?

Okay, frustrating! First, double-check the battery is fully charged and properly seated. Ensure the safety key/switch is correctly engaged. Sometimes a simple cleaning of the battery terminals helps.
