    Ordered a replacement 1/2in 17mm socket.  After waiting 9 days I received an empty unsealed envelope. It appears that the socket had fallen out due to the fact that the package had not been sealed when shipped.  I contacted Stanley customer support and was told that they could not do anything about the loss and to contact UPS. He then gave me a wrong number for UPS customer support. So much for the FREE lifetime replacement warranty. I'm still without the socket which I will now have to purchase. This is a terrible way to treat a long time customer.
