STANLEY BLACK+DECKER has a process for assessing possible product hazards which follows the rules of the Consumer Product Safety Act. Your concern will be recorded in our customer service database, and evaluated following that process. If, after such evaluation, SBD determines that reporting a product hazard or recalling a particular product is appropriate under the Act, SBD will do so.
