Unfortunately, replacement parts (screws, knuckles, hinges, rebuild kits) are not available for the Stanley ratchets.
If the ratchet falls under the factory warranty, a replacement ratchet will be issued.

Where can I get my Craftsman LIFETIME WARRANTY ratchet replaced? I tried my "local" store at Sierra Vista, AZ - but they could not help
