What should the run time be for a 20 V battery in a new weed trimmer? i have set on low and am only getting 10 minutes.

Hello Rodney and thanks for your question. Battery run time may vary depending upon factors including but not limited to charging conditions, battery size, usage of tool, storage, environmental conditions, age, etc.

A 20V battery should typically last longer than 10 minutes at time calculator, even on the low setting. I would recommend checking the battery to make sure it is fully charged and in good condition
