How do you charge it. Mine is completely dead and wont turn on. It on has 2 places for cable connection on the top and 2 USB ports for home and car usage to power phones, tablets etc..... Do you use the USB port and use a two headed USB cable to charge it?? There is no other option and I've called myself checking and double checking myself to make sure nothing was missing but I see nothing.... Please Help...This is a real head scratcher 🤔😯🤬
