I needed Warranty on a 3/8 ratchet and Stanley send me the different model and size that wont fit in the case.

they said I needed to drive 2 hours to a certified Stanley repair center to have it replaced.

this is not a very nice life time Warranty if it costs you more in gas and labour to get the replacement than it would be to buy the whole set again.
