I needed Warranty on a 3/8 ratchet and Stanley send me the different model and size that wont fit in the case.

they said I needed to drive 2 hours to a certified Stanley repair center to have it replaced.

this is not a very nice life time Warranty if it costs you more in gas and labour to get the replacement than it would be to buy the whole set again.

It's unfair to waste time and money just to change the warranty. Hopefully Stanley will improve their rice purity test meaning service so customers don't have to go through such trouble!
