    Hello Brian Foxworth and thank you for contacting us.  We are sorry to hear you are having issues with registering your tools.  Product registration is no longer required for warranty service. Please keep a copy of your receipt. Our tools are also stamped with manufacturing dates that help us determine warranty eligibility.

    Then why on page 8 of the pressure washer CMEPW2400 does it say to register the product because of the Federal Consumer Safety Act?. Something is wrong with not registering the product per your response to someone besides me wanting to be protected by doing the right thing.

    I just bough a craftsman air compressor.  They apologized 6 month ago to you yet neither the booklet nor their “registration” website makes no mention of this.  After multiple tries not getting the new account email validation code I had to call to get the same response of no longer necessary.  What a waste of time and speaks volumes of the new world of a customer dissatisfaction department.  Jokes on us.  Hope the product is better than this.
