20v framing 30 degree dcn930 won’t fire

Brand new on my 2nd one, will not fire , I pull trigger it runs for a few seconds then I try to fire nothing and I have to wait about a minute it does it again, I have only been able for it to working properly one time the bump worked great the single worked great then I put it down for about an hour went back to use nothing.
Battery full charge, correct nails in it
What an I doing wrong any help be appreciated
