Craftsman 3/8 inch ratchet replacement - Lowe’s is not helping

I have 2 Craftsmen 3/8 inch socket ratchet that have failed. Lowe’s says they don’t carry these models so they won’t replace them. What do I do.

My Craftsman 3/8 does not have the B in the model number on the unit like блок бласт солвер not have video. Does this make any difference in the battery compatibility? It doesn't sound like it would, but I just want to make sure.
