Stanley Fat Max Mower - Brand new not starting

Hi all, I have just purchased the mower and it doesnt start.
Its fresh out of the box and I am not sure if I have missed an on switch or dead switch somewhere, batteries are fully charged and the thikng is assembled properly.
Just want to see if there is a solution before sending it off for a service check!

I think it is essential to check the basics, like making sure there is fresh fuel and the battery is charged. If the problem persists, you can contact customer support or the retailer for poppy playtime chapter 3 support, as the new lawn mower should work fine right out of the box.
