That definitely sounds frustrating, especially with two units showing the same issue. Make sure the charger is properly plugged in and that the battery clicks fully into place on the charger. Also, check if the charger light is turning on or flashing — sometimes a flashing light indicates a battery fault or temperature issue. If everything looks fine and still no charge, it could be a NJMCDirect faulty batch. Might be worth contacting Stanley support directly for a replacement or deeper troubleshooting.
