    Okay, frustrating! First, double-check the battery is fully charged and properly seated. Ensure the safety key/switch is correctly engaged. Sometimes a simple cleaning of the battery terminals helps. For troubleshooting beyond that, consult the DEWALT user manual or contact their customer service. Reminds me of getting stuck on an island in Poptropica! Hope you get mowing soon.
