problem with dewalt wet saw

I have a year old dewalt 24000 wet saw and use it to cut glass. I have a  blade specifically for glass and all has been going pretty well.  Today I tried to cut a large piece of glass and the machine grabbed and pulled the glass away from me, into the machine.  It seemed like the saw was rearing up and pulling the glass.  The cut stopped and at the break there was small amounts of brown muddy looking stuff.  I checked the water (took apart the rubber heads and cleaned out), the saw depth, I dressed the blade.  Nothing helped.  The blade doesn't seem to have any tooth but it is new.  I just bought another blade but if anyone has any suggestions, I would appreciate it.
