The ratchets, sockets, wrenches and other mechanics tools have a limited lifetime warranty that covers manufacturer defect for the lifetime of the tool. The warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, or normal wear and tear. The Mechanics Tool Set cases do not have a lifetime warranty. To receive a replacement tool, please contact Customer Service at 800-262-2161 or email us your contact information, model number and description of the defect.
