This happens when the charger does not recognize the battery:

-Check that the clamps or rings are correctly connected to the battery.
-Check that the connector between the charger and the accessory cable (with clamps or rings) is -connected correctly.
-Clean the battery poles to maximize the conductivity.
-Test your battery. It may be completely dead.
